The monthly HOA fee is $285 and is due on 1st of each month.
How can I pay my HOA Fee?
PAYMENT OF HOA FEE BY AUTO-DRAFT:
Owners may also pay by auto-draft. This saves owners the worry from having to remember to pay their fees, avoids late fees, and at the same time, helps with the HOA’s cash flows. There is no charge to sign up on the Payment-by-Auto-Draft program. If you change your bank account or if you sell your home, please remember to notify us in writing at least ten (10) days before the change occurs. Please fill out the auto-draft form located under the forms section and mail with a voided check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. at 104 East Park Dr. Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027.
ONLINE PAYMENT OF HOA FEES:
To make an online payment, go to https://dfa1.cincwebaxis.com and sign in at the top right corner of the screen. If you have not signed in before, you will need to register. Once signed in, click on “Pay Fees” at the top left corner of the screen. Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card) and provide your payment information. Click “Submit eCheck/Credit Card Payment.” Make sure that your payment information is correct and click “Submit Payment.” Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99 fee for eCheck payments and a 3.25% fee for credit card payments.
PAYMENT OF HOA FEE BY CHECK:
Owners are welcome to pay their HOA Fees the old-fashioned way by mailing a check to Hearthstone Manor HOA c/o David Floyd and Associates, Inc. PO Box 357 Commerce, GA. 30529-0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Hearthstone Manor HOA and include your street address number in the memo section. A payment coupon should be included with each mailed check if possible (can be downloaded under the “Forms” section).
What kind of light bulb needs to be installed in my garage light fixture?
Soft white (3000k) light bulbs are to be used in garage light fixtures. LED bulbs are recommended.
How can I obtain a certificate of insurance?
Please email certificates@robinsins.com or call 615-665-3256 to obtain a certificate of insurance.
What if I forgot my password?
Simply click on Password Reset under the Member Login tab and a new password will be emailed to you. It’s easiest to just copy it and then paste it from your email into the password box at the registration tab on the website.
